CANADIAN RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are happy to offer store credit and/or size exchanges within the first 15 days from the delivery date of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since your package was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you store credit or an exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Store Credit and Exchanges:

• Your item must be in as-sold and unwashed condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• To complete your exchange or credit, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (Outside of Canada)

We deeply appreciate your trust in our brand for your wardrobe needs. Due to cross-border logistical constraints and high shipping costs, we are unable to accept international returns or exchanges.

Please shop with confidence, but consider your purchases carefully by utilizing our Fit Guide. In the absolute rarest event that you receive a defective or incorrect item internationally, please contact us immediately at talloradenim@gmail.com with your Full Name, Order Number, Product Description, and photos of the issue so we can make it right for you.

EXCHANGES & DAMAGED ITEMS

Defects & Production Errors:

We only replace items at no cost if they arrive defective or damaged due to our error. If you receive a damaged piece, please email us at talloradenim@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery with clear pictures of the defect. These issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are taken care of.

Sizing & Style Changes:

Other preferences, such as wanting a different color or switching sizes, will only be accepted for Canadian orders if the unwanted item is returned in the exact, pristine condition it was sent. The buyer is responsible for handling all shipping logistics and costs associated with the exchange.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS/CREDITS (If Applicable)

If you are awaiting a approved refund or store credit and have not received it yet:

1. First, check your bank account or store credit portal again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider; it can often take several business days before a refund is officially posted to your account.

SHIPPING FOR RETURNS

• You will be completely responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or store credit, the original cost of shipping will not be included.

• Depending on where you live within Canada, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

• Please note: We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item in the mail. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns.
