Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.

  • Orders Under $120 CAD: Calculated as a standard flat rate at checkout.

  • Delivery Time: 2–8 business days.

United States

  • Shipping Rate: Standard flat-rate shipping (calculated at checkout in USD).

  • Delivery Time: 5–12 business days.

United Kingdom

  • Shipping Rate: Standard flat-rate shipping (calculated at checkout in GBP).

  • Delivery Time: 5–14 business days.

Europe

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

For all international shipments outside of Canada (including the US, UK, Europe, and Oceania):

  • Any local customs duties, import taxes, or carrier brokerage fees are included in the checkout total.

  • All listed transit times are estimated windows provided by our shipping carriers.
